Medical Insurance
Find a clinic that takes your insurance (most clinics list the funding sources they accept on their website).  Contact them and they should help you through the process and let you know what you need.  You may need to get a referral from your doctor or preauthorization from your insurance before starting services. Be sure to ask about the length of their waiting lists for evaluation AND treatment. You may need to contact multiple clinics.
